The Lukka Kliff Basin is covered by the official manufacturer's warranty. Please note the different warranty periods based on the selected finish:

• Ceramic Body (Gloss White): 10 Years Replacement Product (Against manufacturing faults).

• Ceramic Body (Matte Black & Matte White): 1 Year Replacement Product (Against manufacturing faults).

• Labour (All Finishes): 1 Year Labour (Covers the reasonable cost of replacing a faulty product, subject to assessment).

• Replacement Parts (All Finishes): 1 Year Replacement Parts (Covers internal fittings or minor components supplied).

Important Note: This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or surface damage resulting from using incorrect cleaning products. Please ensure the product is checked for damage prior to installation.
